Coming fall 2026: More meeting space, new guest rooms
Conference planners seeking a scenic event destination with flexible event space will have a fresh option at Lake Arrowhead Lodge beginning in fall 2026. A major expansion, currently underway, will add 1,400 square feet of adaptable meeting space and 18 upgraded guest rooms, two of which will be fully ADA-compliant. This project marks the largest addition to the property in more than 30 years.
“This expansion strengthens our ability to support both summer programs and year-round conferences with enhanced accommodations and event capabilities,” said Brady Wade, director of facilities and safety at Lake Arrowhead Lodge.
The 9,300 square foot building, designed by Mithun architects, blends contemporary elegance with mountain charm, making it ideal for business conferences, executive meetings and leadership summits during the Lodge’s conference season, which begins after Labor Day and concludes in mid-June. Once complete, it will add to the Lodge’s current 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and 83 units for overnight accommodations.
Beyond its expanded facilities, Lake Arrowhead Lodge remains committed to preserving its unique mountain retreat atmosphere while evolving to meet the needs of modern event planning.
Nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains, Lake Arrowhead Lodge, which can accommodate groups of 10 to 200, has long been a sought-after setting for corporate retreats, networking events, weddings, reunions, special events and team-building programs. The multi-functional conference venue offers planners flexibility and complete meeting packages make planning easy.
While construction is active, planners can look forward to an elevated event space that blends rustic beauty with modern versatility — positioning the 52-acre Lake Arrowhead Lodge as a top choice for immersive conferences and retreats in Southern California.
