Winter Wellness Wakeup is a three-day mountain retreat running Friday, Feb. 20, through Sunday, Feb. 22. Throughout the weekend, guests will explore how intentional living supports whole-life health and longevity through engaging workshops and other activities led by accredited instructor Jeanne Marie Mudd.
“This is a profoundly holistic retreat; it’s body, mind, heart and spirit,” said Mudd, who has more than 30 years of professional experience in the field of wellness. “So often, retreat experiences are limited to one or two things, but here we’re blending them all together. Participants will experience a retreat that refreshes them and come away with a plan.”
Registration is limited to 40 participants to support a small-group setting and enhance learning and interpersonal connections.
