Marker #4: The Main Lodge
History of the Lake Arrowhead Community in the San Bernardino Mountain Range

In 1984, the lodge was expanded to include three new spacious conference rooms in the Main Lodge, as well as 32 luxurious two-story condolets. The following year, in partnership with the UCLA Alumni Association, the lodge launched a new summer family resort program called Bruin Woods. By 1995, to meet the growing demands of the Center’s popularity, the Center underwent extensive guest room renovations, as well as the construction of 42 new condolets.
