St. Martin of Tours "Eagle Woods" Family Camp 2024

Must register for the entire weekend (part-time is not available).

Package Per Person Rates:

Adult — $240.00 per adult (plus tax)
Child (age 3-11) — $165.00 per child (plus tax)
Infant (age 0-2) — Free

Ropes Course will be open on Saturday from 9am–12pm and 1pm–4:30pm on a first come/first service basis (last set of climbers at 4pm). Sign-ups are no longer required (waivers below are required for each member within your party - must be completed even if not participating in Ropes Course). Weight minimum of 70 pounds is required to participate.

^* Please note once your registration is submitted we will update your reservation with confirmed number of adult/child packages and a final confirmation letter with a grand total will be sent out to you via email. You will be charged the final balance (minus your deposit) at time of departure.

To register for Eagle Woods, please complete and submit the form below by April 24, 2024. Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours. The email confirmation will include total amount due. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 will be charged to your card on file (card used to make your room reservation) on April 24, 2024.

UCLA Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

ALL participants must read the following and sign the "Acknowledgment of Understanding" below, including parents on behalf of all minor children.**

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in Water Skiing, Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Riflery, Archery, Swimming, Horseback Riding, Paint Ball, Ice Skating, Ropes Course, Softball, Football, Volleyball, Tennis, Basketball, Cardio Kick Boxing, Massage Services, Yoga, Pilates, and any other activity associated with or undertaken at Bruin Woods hereinafter called “The Activity,” I, for myself, my heirs, personal representative or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Regents of the University of California, its officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of The Regents of the University of California, its officers, employees and agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents, or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in The Activity.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: Participation in The Activity carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, but the risks range from 1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains 2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions 3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD The Regents of the University of California HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in The Activity and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

SEVERABILITY: The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing Waiver and Assumption of Risks agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of California and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
