Complimentary stays and media rates are offered at the discretion of the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge, and completing this form does not guarantee your request for a room will be honored. Requests are also subject to availability and may be difficult to honor on specific dates, or during peak travel periods.
Please submit your request a minimum of seven working days in advance of your desired stay. We appreciate you providing as much detail as possible.
